The Department of Substantive Criminal Law invites you to the National Scientific Conference “Polish criminal law – diagnosis and prospects”, which will be held on November 22, 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
The topics will cover areas of substantive criminal law such as the basic principles of criminal liability, the principles of sentencing, and the institution of a cumulative penalty. The speakers included scientists from leading academic centers and practitioners, including members of the Criminal Law Codification Commission.
